Deliver

Have you noticed that something went wrong with your package while checking the Track and Trace code? Please contact us via the contact form or send an email to info@goldxlnutrition.nl. If you do not receive your parcel the next day, it might be possible that DPD has a delay. Unfortunately this is out of our reach.

We strive to ship orders the same day before 5 pm (on weekdays). The DPD Parcel Service is available from Monday to Saturday.

As soon as we have sent your order you will receive shipping confirmation including your track and trace code. If you haven't received this confirmation, this simply means that your order hasn't been shipped yet. We ship orders on weekdays from Monday to Saturday until 5 pm.

Unfortunately, it often happens that automatic e-mails, such as confirmation e-mails, end up in your SPAM folder. Please check this folder! If you can't find this folder, then please try to log in using a web browser on a computer or laptop.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a shipment is delayed by DPD. If your delivery has been delayed two days in a row, we can take action in case you would like us to.
